Commuters make up a lot of what we handle here — people who left for I-295 Exit 11 at seven and didn't get there. A dead battery in a subdivision driveway is one thing. A car that quits in the merge lane is another, and that's the one we move on.
Valley Falls is its own problem. The mill streets by the Central Falls line are narrow and parked solid, so the flatbed usually stages on a cross street and winches out. Past Arnold Mills toward Diamond Hill the roads climb, and they ice before anything else in town does.

Usually. If it's parked tight both sides we'll send a wheel-lift instead of the flatbed. Give dispatch the street name and you'll get the right truck the first time.
My car went off a hill road near Diamond Hill State Park. Is that a regular tow?
